Our Service

What We Can Do for You

Our experienced team delivers accurate and reliable financial information, fostering confidence in the strategic decisions and long-term direction of your business.
We provide financial statement reporting at all three levels of assurance.

Audit Engagement

An audit engagement is a thorough examination of financial statements, providing the highest level of assurance of their accuracy.

Audits are often required for public companies, regulated industries such as condominium corporations, insurance companies, and credit unions, as well as not-for-profit organizations.

Companies with multiple shareholders or significant bank debt may also need audited financial statements for lenders, government agencies, or other third parties.

Additionally, potential buyers often require audits to assess a company’s financial position for valuation purposes.

Review Engagement

A review engagement provides limited assurance on financial statements through inquiry and analysis, ensuring compliance with GAAP.

It is typically used by companies needing moderate assurance, businesses with multiple shareholders, or those required to report to banks or lenders.

Compilation Engagement

A compilation, or Notice to Reader, provides no assurance, as financial statements are prepared based on information provided by management.

It is primarily used for corporate tax filings, internal management purposes, or when required by a bank.
